Domain Transfer Policy

This Domain Transfer Policy outlines the rules and procedures for transferring domain names to and from Domain Reseller.

1. Eligibility for Transfer

• Domain must be registered for at least 60 days
• Domain must not be within 60 days of a previous transfer
• Domain must not be expired or suspended

2. Transfer Authorization (EPP Code)

An Authorization Code (EPP Code) is required to initiate a transfer. This code can be requested from your current registrar.

3. Transfer Process

1. Unlock the domain at the current registrar
2. Obtain the EPP/Auth code
3. Submit a transfer request on our platform
4. Approve the transfer via confirmation email

4. Transfer Duration

Domain transfers typically take 5–7 days to complete, depending on the registry and registrar response.

5. Transfer Fees

Transfer fees usually include a one-year renewal of the domain. Fees are non-refundable once the transfer process has started.

6. Failed Transfers

If a transfer fails due to registry or registrar issues, the amount may be refunded or credited as per registry rules.

7. ICANN Compliance

All transfers are handled in accordance with ICANN Transfer Policy.
